Looks great in robot mode, looks great in vehicle mode, and a good challenge for your hand-eye coordination… It’s not a toy. It’s a work of art. It truly earns the name “Masterpiece”. Even if you don’t like toys or the Transformers franchise, this is an awesome thing to hold and behold.
As with all Masterpiece Transformers, this isn’t something that you can just “figure out” how to transform without reading the instructions. Read the instructions.
I like the colors on this one. It’s an excellent compromise between the first MP Starscream (too close to reality and too far removed from the cartoon) and the Wal-Mart version (too cartoony and too far removed from reality). It is rivalled only by Skywarp in terms of coloration.
Best hundred bucks you’ll ever spend.
My only complaint was that he came with a piece missing and I didn’t really know what to do about that. It’s not a big deal, in robot mode the piece is totally superfluous anyway.
Otherwise, it’s fun to have Starscream standing next to my 25th Anniversary Optimus Prime. Guess I’m going to have to break down and get Megatron next.
